The Jackson Audio Bloom V2 MIDI sets you up with studio-grade optical compression and a 3-band EQ for tweaking the compressed tone to perfection! Just how much of that bright and sweet compression you want to apply can be dialled in using the Comp control, after which the ideal wet/dry signal mix can be shaped via the Blend pot. Whether buffered or true-bypass, the resulting tone can then be adjusted using the treble, middle and bass controls.

The Bloom v2 Midi: Boost, Bloom and Blossom

The final tone-tweaking step includes the section the Bloom V2 Midi thanks its name to. Using the Bloom knob, you can add a +20dB boost if needed, and the entire Bloom section can even be fully controlled via MIDI. The footswitch on the right toggles between boost and bloom mode: hold it down briefly to boost the sound or keep it engaged a little longer to get your tone to truly blossom. In terms of compression, this Jackson Audio stompbox comes loaded with six presets ranging from slow to ultra-fast response times.
